Clients are able to communicate directly with our office at any time throughout the life of the file. These communications are retained within Claims Shield and are easily carried over to the carrier's CMS for ease of internal file documentation. Each client is provided a unique log-on where they can view their claims holistically to ensure complete transparency throughout the claims adjustment process. All field related data is captured and stored electronically in our CMS. Status updates and file notes are also stored in an electronic file, providing real-time online status to our SCI staff, adjusters, and carrier staff. All claims documentation is stored in Claims Shield for three years from the date of the assignment.
